Appraised two houses for re-valuation following a death. In one case they missed a half bathroom on the main level, describing the house as 3 bedroom, 2 bath when it has 2 1/2 baths--how they missed a half bath with a toilet and sink is beyond me--I was not there when they did the appraisal. Valuations are somewhat subjective. The number of bathrooms is a matter of being able to count.
