My experience at Andréia Borges Beauty Med Spa was absolutely awful. I went in for a procedure and was treated extremely poorly by the staff member Marina. The level of unprofessionalism was shocking — rude attitude, lack of care, and zero concern for my comfort or well-being throughout the entire process.
