The.common area was great. Nice place to bring together a bunch of mates or even a few families near Thredbo. Close to the mountain on a beautiful farm
Very tidy, expensive for size and simplicity. Well stocked kitchen.
We had a great time staying at The Residence. It was immaculately presented and Andrea went the extra mile to ensure COVID compliance. We were a group of three families with toddlers. Highlights were seeing Kangaroos out the window and the roaring fire in evenings - although the underfloor heating worked very well. We were lucky enough to have snow around us in mid July. This is a great location to relax and perfectly located for the ski fields.
The white house (The Residence) is wonderful. It has 4 big bedrooms each with their own en suite. It also has a tv room with two single beds. There is the big kitchen, a large dining table (seats 12 or 13 from memory) and a very large lounge room that has a piano, books, chess set and lounges. Between the dining and lounge rooms is a double sided fireplace to keep the house warm even though there is underfloor heating. The owner is easy to deal with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this house.
