Dr Karachristos SAVED MY LIFE point blank ! In 8/2022 I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that metastasize to the liver. At that time we were under the care of a different cancer center and was referred to TGH. I cannot say enough about the extraordinary care I received from Dr. Andreas Karachristos and his team at Tampa General Hospital. After being diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic adenocarcinoma, I was told that surgery would be extremely risky due to vascular involvement and lymph node spread. The best medical care ever! Dr. Karachristos is by far one of the most attentive and compassionate dr I have ever met. He is very respectful and he actually listens. I went to him in Dec 2023 with pancreatic cancer had surgery within months after and I know with the guidance of God Dr. saved my life!
