100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I did my taxes with Oralia she knows what she did was wrong !she did all of my wifes taxes wrong! She told U.S. we could file together but seperate but when we went to the imigration interview that was the first thing they asked! She had done our paperwork for inmigración and EVERYTHING was wrong. She put my wifes name wrong on INMIGRATION PAPERWORK she put the wrong dates! NO LOS RECOMIENDO PARA NADA !!! Hice mis taxes con oralia y los hizo mal. Ella me dijo muchas cosas que NO eran ciertas !! También me empezó los trámites de inmigración y TODO LO HIZO MAL, cosas simples como nombres fechas tengo fotos de todo. He llamado y nunca está ni me han regresado la llamada! Cobró mucho por si disque “trabajo” tuve que VOLVER a pagar pa que alguien me hiciera el trabajo y hasta ella me dijo que fue un trabajo súper mal hecho.
Lady at the front desk is rude apparently doesn’t understand English. Doesn’t know how to provide good customer service and just do her job. She claims she knows how to do her job but doesn’t demonstrate it. First off I’ve spent 300 just to do my taxes here and they treat their clients bad? Yeah me and my husband will not be returning to do our taxes here first and last time and you can thank the receptionist and the incompetent people who work there.
