Dr Dusty Spencer at Columbia River Veterinary Specialists was referred to me by another local vet. This facility, Dr Spencer and their staff was phenomenal. Everything including the cost to repair both torn cruciate ligaments and meniscus’s was explained in great detail. There wasn’t one question left unanswered. It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, but necessary. We used their services on Labor Day and we couldn’t say enough nice things about these folks. Our Golden Retriever had a stroke and became paralyzed. This was completely unexpected situation. I called CRVS and asked them about euthanasia and cremation. I was assured they could take care of it that day. The person on the phone couldn’t have been nicer and more caring. Dr Alls is an opthmologist for animals. She is kind and caring. She was very gentle with Winifred. I understood her explanation of what all was wrong and the continued plan of care. Comfort and improvement of Winifreds eye problems.
