Was given terrible customer service by the woman in reception after asking for confirmation on what was meant by something the manager had said to me about the quote, he should have come and spoke to me about the issue, instead I was spoken to in a condescending and belittling manner, I never asked for anything for free, I was quoting what I was told by him, I never swore or raised my voice, I left after paying over £1,100 worth of work and sorted out the fog light that wasn't done by them for £60 elsewhere, after being told... read more

I’m honestly so amazed how fantastic this garage is. Had an issue with our Transit Custom on Tuesday and had a planned trip on the Friday, called Andrea’s Autos who said to drop it off straight away and they’d take a look. They were able to give a quick diagnosis of a wheel bearing so we left it in their hands. Fast forward to the next day and not only is my van fixed but they complete it for about £100 less than quoted. Truly amazing service, professionalism and so understanding. Thank you again.
