Andreas Angels is probably the worst homecare agency in the area that doesn't take responsibility for their own actions or caregivers that don't abide by rules. As a former client one of their caregivers assaulted / elder abuse in September 2024. Suffering from a head injury caused by a caregiver from them. Wrongfully discharged me from the agency as a result of this happening.
Id have to say 5 star for Raina as she's the one that shows up every day for me. Doing an amazing job keeping up my home and myself. She brings so much joy and wish I could just keep her home with me. The company I don't chat to much, how ever Nina has been helpful.
I have been in the hcbs program for 15 years and Lizbeth is the best caregiver I've ever had. She is kind, thoughtful, compassionate, funny, and more wonderful things than this app will let me squeeze in. If anyone ever cloans her, other clients will stand in line! Thank you Andrea's Angels, and thank you, Lizbeth!!!
Liz Beth & Yiselle .. Absolutely the best care. I feel cared for and supported. Actually I feel supported like this for the first time ever! My apartment is Clean. I'm getting through my stored boxes and luggage. Reorganizing my storage room. My floor is clean for the first time in quite a while. I just truly feel these girls are the most wonderful care giver and I truly appreciate Andreas Angels!
Wont even accommodate whats needed to even make an intake appointment. I have audio processing disorder pretty badly. I use text so I can get simple things done quickly. To schedule an appointment is one of those tasks. It literally on my ADA accommodations list. Top one. Im not going to get the person who does phone for me while waitong ironically for this service to provide that. Id advise going somewhere else where they respect your disablities and their needs.
