Emily Hayward found me wonderful renters! She was fantastic, easy and wonderful to work with. The services provided matched exactly what I needed. I felt I am protected as a landlord and my renters felt like they were taken care of as well!
Absolutely fabulous!! We worked with Servane the first time who is no longer there but was so helpful guiding through the process. Now as we approach our third time using this company, Laura has been So Very Helpful answering questions. They go above and beyond to help with the process. Also appreciate they charge a one time fee instead of a recurring fee. The move in and move out inspection photos are also very helpful. Highly recommend especially in east bay since there are so many regulations and forms to navigate.
