We have an ADU in Rockridge and have worked with 2 property manager/leasing agents. One agent was good, other was awful. We interviewed 6 or so new agents and were not impressed with any of them. Andrea Rentals did a great job renting our 5 units out. I was at a place where I wanted to sell the building, but Andrea rentals got all 5 units rented out in less than 3.5 months. I own a duplex in the Glenview neighborhood of Oakland. I've worked with them to rent both of my units. They are very professional and responsive and I would definitely rely on them for their services again. They specialize in tenant placement and not ongoing property management, which this perfectly suits my needs.

Emily Hayward found me wonderful renters! She was fantastic, easy and wonderful to work with. The services provided matched exactly what I needed. I felt I am protected as a landlord and my renters felt like they were taken care of as well!
