Dr. Vu is the worst Dr I have ever met. She was so rude and discriminating towards me. I felt so uncomfortalbe with her. I asked her why she was treating me so poortly. She dismissed my feelings and didn't care. A simple apology would have been nice. I was alredy suffering with my conditon and left feeling worst. Dr Vu is a horrible Dr. She should not be practicing this profession. SO rude and Horrible attitude she has

I found Dr. Vu really great. Very thorough,competent,caring,and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend her. Staff and techs were great too. All were very patient and helpful. I give them 10 stars.
She's been my primary care doctor for 5 years or more. During office visits I get the feeling she'd rather be somewhere else. Not engaged, kinda listens but doesn't seem to care much. I won't get into details I'd just say if you're considering her you may want to find a better doctor who is more thorough and attentive and caring.
Would not recommend and am switching to Kaiser. Heritage Sierra and Dr Vu provide very Poor service, way too long to get an appointment and to get a referral see a specialist, staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Overall a very poor experience!
I’m sure she’s great if you have one of the five most common issues that any nurse could diagnose and treat. If your issue needs any thought or effort, you’re screwed.
She advised my wife during one of her visits to leave me and our two children, go back to her home country, and figure things out for herself; my wife is of Asian decent, as is Dr. Vu. Hmmmm. Additionally, she openly criticized "me" in front of my wife and children on "how" I communicated with my wife, which was completely off base. More importantly, last I checked, Dr. Vu was not a licensed therapist or marriage counselor. She definitely had/has a chip on her shoulder.
