Sadly had to take my 8 year old ferret in because she wasn’t able to walk. Made the decision to end her suffering, while it sucked the staff and doctor made it an easy smooth and heartfelt event. They didn’t rush me, they explained everything. And then a few days after we got a card with their sympathy’s and footprints of daisy. It was touching and classy.
Got me in and got my cat taken care of when everyone else was booked. I appreciate you seeing us on short notice
They are so amazing! I came in. So worried about my puppy, they took him settled my nerves and were so sweet. Such an AMAZING staff. We will be making them our new primary center.
Everyone is very helpful, friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. I LOVE that I can make an appointment instead of waiting in a line to be seen.
I have been to two other Veterinary Clinics in the Clarksville area and neither one of them showed how much they cared and wanted the best for my companion. Doctor Christl and her staff were very caring, compassionate toward my companion. I was also very impressed about the knowledge of the breed and all that I needed to know. I feel she went to the extreme measures to help me understand and care for my buddy.
