Dr Tate and her staff did a great job with Betty , our 6 month old hen. We were worried she was egg bound and she was declining quickly . Clarksville doesn’t have many options for chickens . Dr Tate was able to see her same day and get her taken care of. She is back to eating, drinking , and is looking better every day . Thanks again !
Absolutely amazing experiences so far! They are extremely sweet and caring, offer amazing advice, and I absolutely LOVE they fact that they send a summary after the appointment full of information about your pet and what was discussed! My pets are my children and having a thorough vet is a definite must have for me. Not a single complaint what so ever, getting an appointment is incredibly easy, and absolutely would recommend!
Decided to change veterinarian facilities after using the same one for over 30 years. I couldn't be happier with the level of care at Overwatch Animal Hospital. The entire process, from setting up the initial call, to the level of care provided by Amy and Dr. Tate and the compassion and care they showed during my visit, this clinic is TOP NOTCH! I have found a new provider that I trust caring for my pets.
Sadly had to take my 8 year old ferret in because she wasn’t able to walk. Made the decision to end her suffering, while it sucked the staff and doctor made it an easy smooth and heartfelt event. They didn’t rush me, they explained everything. And then a few days after we got a card with their sympathy’s and footprints of daisy. It was touching and classy.
