Dr Watson is the best! I’ve been to countless doctors over the last 20 years and none took the time that Dr Watson does. That’s one of the many benefits to her concierge service. She truly cares for her patients and explains everything to you, even lab results are gone over in person. She is absolutely wonderful and I’m so glad my friend Ryan referred me to her. 135 dollars 'membership' per month in addition to the normal fees for visits is an unnecessary and cruel hardship to low income individuals with disabilities requiring healthcare. Life is hard enough, but people like this just make it worse. It is an artificial and unethical barrier to healthcare for those who need it the most, and either an example of greed in it's basest form or a declaration that undesirables such as myself need not apply.
Very nice clean huge exam rooms, everyone was super nice and friendly except the receptionist at the front desk. When I called to have an urgent matter addressed the woman was extremely rude and was answering my questions without consulting the nurse practitioner that I had seen 2 days ago. It's a shame 1 person can ruin your experience at an otherwise amazing establishment.
Dr. Watson is fantastic. She will listen to your concerns and find solutions that other doctors will not give you the time to explore. Your health is so important and I learned you need to have the best team on your side helping you get better. I highly recommend making Dr. Watson your primary care physician.
