Almost never answers their phone. Never calls you back. Raises rates every possible chance. Rude, ignorant and unhelpful on the rare occasion contact is made. The worst insurance agent I've ever had.
didn’t have info and unsure of system. went in fully intending of switching to them and they didn’t know how to write an RV policy— also said they would call me back and haven’t heard.. Went to Wanda Lucero State Farm and w/in 1/2 hour all was done and signed
