Unfortunately this is not a physician issue but the staff’s incompetence. I had made an appointment for my 6 year old daughter almost 3 months ago. Her appointment was suppose to be today. I received a call where I was told my appointment was canceled because they will not accept my insurance. My insurance has this doctor as an in network physician and I have a PPO plus plan!
