My experience with attorney Andrea S. Ferrante was extremely disappointing and filled with avoidable mistakes. From the beginning, communication was unclear, she provided no proper checklist, and several forms she prepared contained typos and incorrect information that my husband had to pointed out to her. Some documents had to be resent. She also made us submit an I-601A waiver that USCIS later confirmed was not required for my case a complete waste of money and unnecessary stress.
