3 times Rescheduling and traveling and dragging my poor 91 years old mother with dementia,from another town ,every time they reschedule it in two months!!!!!!! Now It’s almost a year and still couldn’t see this lady !!!!! Wait a year for visiting a nurse practitioner without any decency or empathy !!:((done with them and find a good ,passionate and a real Doctor for my mother.
I took my 86 old father in to SIU Neuro for an evaluation. He is very hard of hearing, so it took some extra time. Andrea was wonderful with him as well as answered so many questions that my sister and I had about my dad’s memory issues. She listened carefully to our concerns & I felt she really cared. I like how she ordered several tests to assure her diagnosis was correct. I would recommend her to anyone.
