I had a referral to Dr. Palmer on a Thursday. A week later I still had not received a call from their office. I called 4 times and left two messages. They always told me they would call me back but never did. My doctor even personally reached out to them and they assured her they would call me by Friday. That didn't happen either. I'm very disappointed in their staff because I heard really good things about Dr. Palmer.
Every time I call to schedule an appointment I’m put on hold for at least 10-15 minutes. I have called on multiple occasions.Terrible customer service for Dr. Palmer. Especially trying to be a new patient, that is a bad first impression.
Dr.Palmer is the best! She takes her time with you and explains everything clearly. I’ve been seeing her for quite several years. I recommend her very highly.
The absolute worst customer service/front office. My doctor's office called over my referral three times and they "never received" it, even after my doctor called to confirm they received it. I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes each time I called while they looked for the referral/doctor's orders. The last time they put me on hold for over 25 minutes until the office closed and then disconnected my call. When I called back, it went straight to after hours voicemail!!! Dr Palmer is a wonderful Dr. She is very informative. She takes her time with you and really listens. I didn’t feel like she was trying to rush through my appointment. I would definitely recommend her to any women looking for a great OB/GYN.
