I came in for this appointment to ask questions and have a test done, and unfortunately left feeling dismissed and extremely upset. I was asked to collect my own sample without much explanation or guidance. I did not feel confident doing this and was left wondering whether it was done correctly. As a patient, that was uncomfortable and stressful. I had a terrible experience. Unfortunately, she was the on call doctor for my delivery and she was cold and rude and pushing for a c-section when it wasn't needed. I could not believe her terrible bed side manners she did not even introduce herself to me and told me I was headed back into the OR because "three strikes you are out". Thanks to the AMAZING nurses at LDS hospital they found me another doctor (older male can't remember his name) and he was great. I had my successful VBAC. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!!!
