I had an amazing 8yrs w Dr Miles until mid Jan. 2026 I needed a full Knee Replacement and the surgeon suggested I get a Raised Toilet & shower bars to prevent falls. I submitted paper work to her & after 2wks I get a call from Nurse saying She needs me to sign paper b4 she fills it out. So I signed it that day. My bldg mmgt informed me that although she signed the form she needs to write the reason why I need a raised Toilet. My son was scheduled an appointment for the wrong day and when I called to reschedule the person in the office repeatedly responded with “oh”. If this appointment wasn’t necessary I wouldn’t be taking him there. As so as his appointment with my PCP comes up we will be changing PCP’s ASAP.....
