My son was scheduled an appointment for the wrong day and when I called to reschedule the person in the office repeatedly responded with “oh”. If this appointment wasn’t necessary I wouldn’t be taking him there. As so as his appointment with my PCP comes up we will be changing PCP’s ASAP.....
