I really like Dr. Matthews and I am sorry she is leaving Kent Island Primary. She is so caring and a great doctor. You will certainly be missed
Dr Matthews is so thorough and kind. She really wants to get to the bottom of the issue. We are so happy we found someone so competent and conscientious!! 10 stars from my husband and me!!
I am 72 yrs old and have had multiple drs over the years and Dr Matthews is by far the best. I am so upset she is leaving us. I was a nurse and would have loved to work with someone like her. If you’re looking for a Dr who will prescribe what you want, forget it. She will do what she thinks is best for you. Meaning, she does her job.
Condescending, uncaring, not sympathetic. Poor bedside manner. I’m a nurse and she talked to me like I’m an idiot. She does a thorough exam but that’s about all she’s good at. Her doctors notes make it out to sound like I’m refusing treatment recommendations as opposed to the fact that they are things I have already tried or outside services I can’t afford. I’ve seen her three times and will be looking for a new provider.
If you're looking for a doctor who has your best interest, stay clear of this woman. She won't listen to your needs and is very condescending. What type of doctor forces their patients to book multiple appointments in order to discuss different topics?
