Dr. Match is a very caring and knowledgeable orthopedist. She spends time learning about my condition. She explains things clearly & is quick to order an MRI if needed for diagnosis.

Dr. Matich was very knowledgeable about my situation and gave me multiple options to consider. Very pleased so far. Well here is my follow up. I can’t get the Dr. office to send a preauthorization to my insurance ?. I have reached out multiple times to the Doctors office to have them send one over and after 6 weeks my insurance company has yet to see one. Not sure if this is a one off but I really don’t understand why this should take that long.
