RecommendedIve been using Andrea for the past 3 years and have zero complaints. She is sharp as a tac and has all of your paperwork in order should you have any issues with the IRS. I would recommend her to anyone!

I went to her office to talk about my taxes and while waiting I heard her cursing and fighting with another person so we decided to leave. After reading her reviews about Real Estate I wouldn’t trust her with anything in my life.
I recently received bad attitude from Andrea which I was surprised by. I will be calling the Florida Realtor Association to file a complaint since she wants me to pay her $1000 for the ¨time she spent showing us homes" Believe us, do not hire this woman for anything! A scammer trying to rip people off.
We were referred to Andrea Lawrence but what a disappointment because she never returned our calls. If she didn’t return our calls before we got into doing business with her imagine how would have been if we were to make that huge mistake. I’m sorry for the families she scammed. All I can say that I can validate at 100 % that she isn’t a good realtor. I usually don’t write reviews but she was so rude to us that I had to.
Wow and I thought I was the only one. I bet many people do not take the time to write reviews, but I certainly decided to write mine alone with another customer who was at her office today when she kicked us out and told us she doesn’t need us. She was on the phone and got mad when we asked her when would she be available after making us wait over 10 mins. Very rude lady. Just look at her ugly face and you will see how rude and nasty she can be. Never again.
This young lady has made miracles in my taxes and now that I am a homeowner , things just got better, thank you for all you have done for me!! See you soon Danny solorzano
I was looking to file my personal and business tax for the year, and found Andrea online due to her many positive reviews. Even the good reviews don't do her justice. She's a wealth of knowledge and you can tell she really enjoys her work. Defiantly check her out if your looking for a comfortable and honest experience.
You can tell she’s passionate about her work, she’s a wealth of knowledge and lights up the room with her positive and inspiring demeanor. She is efficient with an amazing personality. If you enjoy a boring lack luster filing experience, don’t go to her because she will have you leaving excited and smiling.
