Dr. Haller worked very hard to figure out how to help my husband. He had very unusual symptoms which made it very difficult. I truly believe she saved my husband’s life. She is amazing. She is thorough, compassionate and is a true expert! She is our favorite doctor!
I was extremely impressed with Dr. Haller. Due to a disability I communicate differently and she was patient and took time to talk with me during the initial consult.
I understand that the referring physician referred for the wrong condition and didn’t send the relevant records but that doesn’t excuse her bad attitude and refusal to even consider that my husband has another condition and that the referral was incorrect. If a doctor is unable to listen to the patient and request info to confirm what they are saying then they shouldn’t be a doctor. That is how mistakes happen.
