Dr Haller was extremely mean and rude to my friend that I took to see her. We have a return visit but I don’t know how I will talk her in to going back

Beyond disappointed. My brother with Autism had a scheduled appointment to address his seizures, but he unfortunately had a seizure right before his visit. Despite him being in a postictal state in their office, the "neurologist" refused to see him and recommended to go to the ER instead. Typically a neurologist would be the one person prepared to see their patient after a seizure. Dr Haller is great but the office staff leaves so much to be desired. They’re bad. Like, so bad someone else from another hospital warned me about them because they’re so horrible at communicating any anything
Dr. Haller worked very hard to figure out how to help my husband. He had very unusual symptoms which made it very difficult. I truly believe she saved my husband’s life. She is amazing. She is thorough, compassionate and is a true expert! She is our favorite doctor!
