Andrea was so wonderful to work with - we cannot recommend her enough! We were first time homebuyers, and she was so knowledgeable (about neighborhoods, as well as structural features of the homes - including the basement, windows, pipes, etc - many things we would not have otherwise known to check for). What can I say? As first time home buyer’s, my wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Andrea. She helped us navigate the process of buying our first home. This is now my 2nd time working with Andrea, and she has consistently delivered excellent & thorough service. She is kind, knowledgeable and works hard. She always provides me with multiple considerations when making tough real estate decisions, and always has my best interest at heart. I cannot recommend Andrea enough. I (as a first-time homebuyer) did not know what to expect, and was incredibly lucky to work with her throughout the home-buying process. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the Ann Arbor market and potential issues in a home – she’s very up-front with her expertise. If I could give Andrea 10 stars I would. She was simply amazing. Andrea was very knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. I was a first time home buyer and needed a lot of guidance. She went above and beyond through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend her to any and everyone.
