Can't find her. Where is she?
Does anyone know how to get ahold of her or at least our records? I am in desperate need of a refill, and this is incredibly unprofessional of Dr Capalbo. I understand having to close the office, but to not have access to our records is unacceptable.
I don't believe the 5-star reviews here. The office is terrible (worst hygiene) and the staff is rude and incompetent. They never returned my calls (after multiple voice mails, which is strange to begin with - why is it so hard to reach the front desk?) when I called in for test results or future appointments. They once told me a wrong result (Positive vs. Negative pregnancy) which makes me question their basic competency.
