I had a horrible experience with Andrea Hence Evans. I tried to complete a trademark with her and it was the most painful, frustrating process I have ever been through. Ms. Evans was so unhelpful and unaccommodating throughout. She treated me as if she was doing me a favor and I did not pay for a service. She did not fully inform me what that trademark office would be looking for which required me to redo the process and pay her triple what the original fee was, which I believe was done on purpose.
