Dr Hearnsberger was very sweet and caring with our entire visit. She was transparent and gave us exactly what we needed. We were in and out faster than expected and she made sure to take time to answer all of our questions as well as explain everything thoroughly yet in a way we could understand. ER’s are typically very hectic but we felt like we were taken very good care of and under control at all times which says a lot for a weekend visit
A couple of months ago they made my sister walk around to get around the hospital despite her coming in barely able to stand from sharp pain in her side. She was in tears and when they finally got to the room the Dr is being dismissive and told her it wasn’t her job to figure out what’s wrong, only to cure it. In the end they discharged her and she still had a problem. Wouldn’t recommend her, especially if it’s an emergency.
Dr Hearnsberger did a wonderful job taking care of my mother-in-law. She kept us up to date with the test results and made us all feel very comfortable.
This dr would not even get within 6 ft...couldn’t hear her, she should step aside and let real dedicated doctors d the job.
