I had an appointment with Dr. Gault scheduled through Zocdoc and took time off from work to attend. When I arrived, I was told there would be a significant delay with no explanation or apology, I decided to cancel the appointment. What was especially disappointing was the front office staff’s rude and dismissive attitude. A simple acknowledgment of the delay or a courteous apology would have made a difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor first impression, and I will not be returning.
I came in with symptoms of long COVID and she knew nothing about it and told me to do the research myself!
Absolutely Horrible. Needs to have her license taken away. She’s lower than the 3.7 given online. The experience was totally unprofessional and her bedside manner was less than.
I went to Dr Gault because I was concerned with a sudden and rapid weight gain and substantial abdominal distention without changing my eating habits or exercise routine. I suspected hormonal issues. I let Dr Gault know multiple times that I am working with dietician who is also a personal trainer so I can reach my body composition goals. Had my first appt with Dr Gault today and I must say I was initially nervous on how the interaction would go. I’ve seen Drs in the past were the visits were very rushed and I felt like I wasn’t heard! When I say Dr Gault was so attentive , patient and kind ! She walked through her whole follow up plan ect. Most Drs just order your blood work and keep it moving ! She talked through everything she was doing and made sure my voice was heard.
