I love Dr. Frost as my PCP. She's very compassionate & caring. She's not on my insurance anymore and I pay out of pocket to see her bc I don't want to pick another PCP on my plan. I have a lot of medical issues and, still relatively young at 42, she helps me navigate them & piece them out. She doesn't make me feel bad about my weight & tries to help since the medical issues make the weight stay on. I do not recommend Andrea Frost. I saw her for six months, and she never got to the bottom of my health issues. She dismissed my concerns, attributing everything to my weight and anxiety. Additionally, her nurse is the most unprofessional I’ve encountered; at every appointment, she made me repeat my weight back to her to 'make sure we’re on the same page,' which felt unnecessary and degrading. I’ve since moved to a care team at Pardee, where I am finally receiving the proper diagnosis and respect I deserved from the start.
Hands down the best PCP I’ve ever had. I would recommend anyone looking for compassionate, personable, and professional care to give Dr. Frost a try. I feel like she genuinely cares and she listens to my concerns. She is quick in sending referrals too. Often times I receive a call within 24 hours to schedule referrals vs waiting weeks with other doctors just to get scheduled. I do not recommend Dr.Frost to anyone. I had a gut feeling during my first visit that she would not provide quality care. My initial thoughts were that she seemed incompetent and smug. I left feeling like she didn’t hear me and was brushing me off. I asked about my symptoms and possible underlying causes and she offered no further investigation or any insights.
