I highly recommend Dr. Ford to anyone seeking exceptional care. Not only is she compassionate, but she is also detail oriented. She is very attentive and takes time out to address and re-assure any concerns. The front office and nursing staff were very friendly and professional as well.
Dr Ford seemed more interested in the computer than listening to me. Always reluctant to give a referral. My lab tests came back with serious results, she didn’t call to set up a follow up. I made the appointment, she seemed overwhelmed and unable to suggest a treatment and when I said I was short of breath walking very far she told me then don’t walk very far. My GI doctor has taken over my care and I have changed primary care .
I’ll speak up for those who may be hesitant to say anything. Dr. Ford herself may be a good physician, but unfortunately her staff does not reflect that. Since you have to go through her staff to receive care, it greatly affects the overall experience. Almost every time I’ve called, I’ve been met with an attitude, and on more than one occasion the call was ended abruptly when they seemed annoyed. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. Absolutely a wonderful Doctor. Very attentive and very thorough. She worked with me to solve a problem that the specialist would not. I highly recommend her.
