Dr. Douglas is a world-class surgeon. She did 4 surgeries on my back and if it weren’t for her I would probably be rolling in pain. Her warmth and sensitive nature only contribute to her first rate surgeon and human being!!! I ADORE her AND her super-proficient staff!! 🤩🤩🤩
WOW! other people have experienced her unprofessionalism. Had we read the reviews, her consistent demeanor would have alerted us & a life could have been spared. She took advantage of family in desperate times. Soo Callous!!! Avoid as a plague.
Worst doctor ever. Canceled surgery on me at the last second and handed my case over to a doctor who was supposed to handle but backed out as well. She then failed to return calls. She is an unprofessional hack and a terrible excuse for a doctor.
After waiting over an hour I was never seen. I kept being told 5 more minutes. Dr. Douglas came out to finally see me and said she had to do two other tasks then would see me. As a hospital employee this was a huge disappointment to be left waiting until I could not wait anymore due to child care. Will not be attempting to see this doctor again.
Dr Douglas did my back surgery a few years ago. She is an amazing doctor and very easy to talk to. Wish she was still in the DMV area.
