Dr. Andrea Liacouras assessed my 106-year-old grandmother for hearing aides after she had been refusing to wear older hearing aides over the past ten years. Dr Liacouras provided the most comprehensive and thorough examinations I have ever experienced. She listened intently to my concerns and then briefly explained what to expect during exam, while providing more specific information during each part of the exam so that I understood what was happening throughout the examination. Dr Liacouras is informative, readily accessible, educational, compelling, knowledgeable, state of the art, and professional in providing hearing conservation services, audiology care, ENT referrals when required, and diligent follow up.
