As first time buyer I have no idea which is which, what is what. She was good in providing info and forms way before hand so you can review and expect what to come. Very straight forward. Then she gave me a organizer/timeline sheet on what to expect moving forward. Which all was done in timely manner and exactly what was on the sheet.
