I waited 10 months for a new patient appointment with Andrea DeLong ARNP. When I arrived I was told I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I had not noticed that the time of the appointment had changed when I responded yes to the text reminder the previous day. Because I was “late”, I was told my appointment was canceled, Andrea DeLong would not see me, and neither she nor any other female provider was taking new patients for the next 11 months.
