Andrea is great! Wonderful personality and she listened to me and my concerns.
I saw Andrea yesterday as I have many times before. As I have hearing problems and am a profound lip reader, as my daughter noticed, who was also in the room with us, she continuously sat right in front of me and spoke slow and very clear, making sure I knew and understood every single thing she's saying to me. She took time with me as she always does, not to mention her very kind and caring attitude. I would be satisfied and fine with just seeing her each time because of how caring of a person she is.
