We've just moved back out to this area and become clients of Andrea. We have spoken with her a couple of times, as well as her office manager Michelle. They are SO friendly and SO helpful. Sometimes dealing with insurance changes is stressful, but this office does everything they can to relieve that stress, and Andrea was particularly helpful in advising how to deal with a roadside assistance/towing situation. Absolutely recommend them!
Called several times left message never got return phone call. Although I was able to finally get in contact with an agent who was more then helpful. I would still recommend State farm insurance for all your insurance needs.
