Your Review I love the Bey Health Coaching Team. Everyday is positive motivation and reinforcement when I am feeling weak. I struggle with consistency (I am all in for a week then backslide for 2 weeks) Coach Bey is always there with exactly the right words to push me forward to my goal and motivate me through those weak moments.
