Disorganized, rude, unprofessional On July 15, 2021, I had a terrible experience at this office. My appointment was at 7, I got a call at 2 and the person said to come in earlier because the doctor has to leave, she asked me to come in at 4:30. After one hour of waiting, I asked how much longer and they just said I have to wait my turn. I realized that people coming in after me started going in.
