Doctor Shaffer, it's kind and considerate and he listens to his patience. I went to him for a back issue and he said it wasn't my back. It was my hip. I got a full right hip replacement and I feel a lot better.

Dr. Shaffer has a wonderful manner that puts one at ease; his elite education and training combined with broad lived experience make me trust his recommendations. He is exceptional at explaining his thinking and going over pros and cons with real world examples of possible outcomes. My highest trust is in Dr. Shaffer and his team. The SOC front office is well run and the waiting area is comfortable.
