I have filed a complaint with the Ohio Division of Insurance. My uncle, Wayne Slivka has been a client for 30+ years & he attempted to reach out for damage to his roof in April & May of 2023 & his attorney reached out regarding further damage in August of 2023. She attempted to follow up in September, October, November & December of 2023 & was completely ignored. Finally, we get a response 9 months after the first contact, you read that right NINE MONTHS, saying the roof will only be covered at $1700 when the damage is $17k.... read more
