Parked at Seth Loop East trailhead today to walk my dog. No workman around. I return an hour later to branches all around my car, apparently workman thought it was ok to trim tree branches that obviously fell on my car. Scratches everywhere and the workmen would not let me know who their employer is so that I can discuss. One of the employees kept trying to wipe all the scratches the branches caused despite me telling him not to touch my car and was actively removing branches to eliminate the evidence of what they did. I’ve worked with this landscaping company for many years in my role managing HOAs, and I can only speak for myself—but my experience has always been positive. Every time I call or email, I get a prompt response. They’re reliable, professional, and always follow through. There was even a situation where they were being harassed by a homeowner and had to involve the police, yet they continued to show up and do their job without hesitation. I have been working with Andre Landscape for the last few years, and I feel lucky to have the best account manager in Mark Brown. He is a pleasure to work with and has the fastest response time that I've ever experienced in our industry. Mark is just a joy to be around. The landscaping service provided has been of low quality. There appears to be a lack of diligence in performing their duties. Attached are the pictures I took right after they finished, two days later. As of today, April 9th, 2024, I observed that they blew leaves all over the place, including into the street and along our property wall. They were supposed to blow them into piles to be picked up later. The Highlands community
