I was referred to Dr Mickel and I am glad I was. I feel he is the best at what he does and would not want to go anywhere else. He treats you with care, explains every detail, is very patient and considerate to you concerns. I was treated with kindness & kept comfortable from the time I walked in until the time my procedure was completed.
This was not my first Rodeo with Root Canal therapy, but certainly the best. I was greeted very kindly by the office staff and they made me feel at ease. The office atmosphere and Frank Sinatra music was very relaxing. Then I met Dr. Mickel's assistant who very kind and pleasant to talk to. The office setting was very relaxing. Dr. Mickels staff were friendly and compassionate and professional . I didn't have a wait to be roomed. Dr. Mickel was very thorough in his explanation of my dental issue. He explained pros and cons of other treatment options. His care during my procedure was a 10 out of 10! Dr Mikel and his staff are wonderful and caring , they made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. When you first walk in you start to feel relaxed, it was just so pleasant, I would recommend him to anyone that has to have an uncomfortable procedure.
