This was not my first Rodeo with Root Canal therapy, but certainly the best. I was greeted very kindly by the office staff and they made me feel at ease. The office setting was very relaxing. Dr. Mickels staff were friendly and compassionate and professional . I didn't have a wait to be roomed. Dr. Mickel was very thorough in his explanation of my dental issue. He explained pros and cons of other treatment options. His care during my procedure was a 10 out of 10! Dr Mikel and his staff are wonderful and caring , they made me feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. When you first walk in you start to feel relaxed, it was just so pleasant, I would recommend him to anyone that has to have an uncomfortable procedure.

I had a root canal. My entire experience at this facility and with the staff was awesome! Dr. Mickel and staff showed concern from the moment I walked into their office until the moment I left. They treated me like royalty and he explained everything from beginning, during and at the end. I did not feel pain during the procedure and very little after. I've been to Dr. Mickel for two root canals now. I found his staff very professional and kind. Dr. Mickel did a great job on both root canals (I was in alot of pain before, with each tooth, prior to seeing him) and I have not had a problem since.
