I walked in to have an 18K Gold Ring resized. My knuckle got bigger over the last 20 years and I couldn't get it on. Andre and his wife Eliz welcomed me and discussed the options. Andre asked if I wanted it done right then - I had to go so suggested early the following week. He called me the next Tuesday and my ring was resized perfectly AND newly cleaned. I forgot how it could sparkle if cleaned. I chatted with them both and they represent a nice, independent jeweler who does great work and loves his craft. I will go back.

Needed a simple battery replacement for my watch. Guy was incredibly dismissive and refused to put a battery in because I had already removed the old one (to see if I had the right size already). He made the excuse that, "he never works on a watch that someone else has touched." Pretty clear he didn't want to be bothered with something so small. Would avoid if you value decent customer service.

Andre made a rose pendant in remembrance of my mom. Pendant is amazing. He also added diamonds to one of her rings. Both pieces are so beautiful, very happy. I will definitely return. Thank you!
