We were finally able to experience Nashville and had a great stay with Andrady Homes. Our group stayed in the Waverly. This is a beautiful historic home. It is not a brand new house, built at the turn of the century. It has lovely updated bathrooms, kitchen…the fisnished basement made a perfect retreat for the young adults in our group. We asked for recommendations, the manager responded quickly and very professional. We loved our visit and have already booked for next year!
I would strongly advise against renting from this company. My recent stay at Waverly Place in Nashville was extremely disappointing for several reasons: Cleanliness Issues Broken Appliances Poor Communication: These issues disrupted our trip to the point that my party decided to leave early. Despite documenting the problems with photos and attempting to resolve them, the lack of accountability and unresponsiveness from the company left us extremely disappointed.
