Don't let the 2 bad reviews scare you away. I have seen Dr. Andrade 3 times and every time she has been extremely thorough, down to earth, and caring. I was very nervous to get a primary doctor but after the first time meeting her, I was already comfortable. Also, her assistant, Felicia is a very kind, chill person. Horrible, disaster, very poor management, awful! Not responsible doctor and nurses practitioner.
I cannot say enough about the staff at family medicine. Everyone is so nice and attentive! A special shout out to Tiffany Merchant. She spends each visit thoroughly explaining what is going on and does not stop until she has the answer. Thank you so much for your patience and diligence!!
