I worked with Nadine LaRouche on the purchase of my first condo. It was an overall great experience, she is lovely, responds very quickly, and I felt she really listened to my needs and requirements. She was very flexible in terms of the time for viewing properties, and explained the whole process very clearly. Her recommendations for a home inspector and legal team were great as well. I also worked with other colleagues on her team while she was on vacation, and had a great experience with them as well.
When my mother passed away last year, I was tasked with handling her estate, which included selling the house she had lived in for 35 years. I hired Elizabeth based upon a mutual friend’s recommendation and she did not disappoint. She provided excellent recommendations to get the house ready for sale, and staged the house beautifully.
