THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY RUDE, AND THE OVERALL SERVICE IS AWFUL. SUCH A LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

# Terrible Customer Service - Avoid This Place **1 out of 5 stars** I had the worst experience at Andrade Auto Repair in Everett, MA today. Arrived at 5:00 PM and immediately got off to a bad start when they made me move my car around without explanation. The employees were completely unhelpful - when I asked about getting four tires done, they dismissed me saying they “don’t have time” even though there were two people working on tires and another just moving inventory around instead of helping customers. If I could give a negative star I would. Horrible communication, all damage and no repairs. No honor. Horrible experience. PLEASE DONT GO HERE
I have been coming here for years now I have been very pleased with their work on tires and pricing is very cheap
