SCAM!!! Firstly they lost one of my W-2s resulting in a misfiling that resulted in a huge penalty and secondly they offered no apology. Secondly poor tax advice from their lead preparer causes me to have a 800 dollar penalty in late fees even though I consulted with him at the beginning of the tax year.
