Stay AWAY. First review nails it. Multiple messages left, none returned. National State Farm office had to actually call her to get her to speak to me. Girl answering phone will tell you she is not available no matter when you call. Unprofessional and arrogant. God forbid you need her in an emergency.
Paid for six months car insurance up front. When I got my insurance card in mail there was also a bill asking for more money she didn't lock my price in. She has a rude and lying girl working for her in office/house. Andra is my agent and I still haven't seen or spoken to her. She also has Mean loud dog living in office. The office stinks like dog pee and waste. The dog kept barking non stop. Doesn't open on time! 25-30 min late. Doesn't respond in a reasonable time.
