If I could give zero stars, I would... I’ve never lived at a place where the property manager and their staff were so rude and unprofessional. They genuinely do not care about the tenant, and only one person in that office is competent enough to do the bare minimum of their job. -There’s trash absolutely everywhere... They are very unprofessional i am 5 months pregnant and the leasing manager decides she wants to have a screaming match with me about her employee.Told me that i needed to take it up with him because she did not get information that he was supposed to relay to her! i can not stomach living in this community any longer!! also i have lived here for 2 years going on three and i have yet to receive a bedroom door for one of my bedrooms!! and im always told i dont know or we have to order you a door the last order did not go thro... read more
RecommendedI lived here for 1.5 years and had to relocate due to work. I miss it here! The place is beautiful and affordable, and service is great.
Terrible and trashy!!!!! Very rude customer service and they have terrible maintenance!! Never live here EVER
I have been here since 2011 since the new management took over it's been a nightmare nothing gets done the office gives you the runaround the grounds are horribly kept trash everywhere in the hallways parking lots do not move here

I moved in just last week and my move in has been great. My renovated unit is beautiful! So glad I moved here.
Came in for a tour and just to follow up and the customer service I received from Jay was amazing. His smile and his demeanor was so amazing. Andover keep him! He is definitely perfect there.
